Where are your facilities located
We operate from Johannesburg and Cape Town, with additional sales presence in Durban, Nelspruit, Gqeberha and Bloemfontein.
How can I place an order
You can place an order by calling the sales team, sending an email to sales@3js.co.za or by contacting your assigned sales representative. Clients are also welcome to visit our offices in Johannesburg or Cape Town by appointment.
How long does delivery take
Stock items are usually dispatched within one to three working days.
Custom items normally take between five and ten working days once artwork is approved.
Do you deliver nationally
Yes, orders are delivered throughout South Africa from our Johannesburg and Cape Town hubs.
Do you offer customised labels
Yes, we produce fully customised labels. Sizes, shapes, colours, finishes and materials can all be personalised to suit your brand.
What types of labels do you supply
We supply pricing labels, retail labels, pharmaceutical and healthcare labels, logistics labels, DayGlo labels, custom branded labels and direct thermal linerless labels.
What are the benefits of direct thermal linerless labels
They offer longer roll lengths, no liner waste, cleaner cuts and better printing efficiency, making them suitable for a wide range of industries.
What packaging products do you offer
Our range includes kraft and plastic bags, bottles, jars, vials, ointment jars, tablet vials, boxes, cartons, pallet wrap, bubble wrap and various binding materials.
Can I print my branding on packaging
Yes, we offer digital and flexo printing for branded bags, boxes and labels.
Do you manufacture kraft paper bags in-house
Yes, kraft bags are produced in our facility which allows us to maintain quality and offer faster turnaround times.
What retail consumables do you supply
We supply point-of-sale paper rolls, shelf strips and talkers, hang tabs, tagging guns and fasteners, printing ribbons and a full range of office supplies.
Do you provide custom printed till rolls
Yes, we can print logos, QR codes, promotional text, terms and conditions and security watermarks on till rolls.
Do you offer white label and private label services
Yes. We provide product sourcing, packaging design, branding, quality control and full turnkey support for businesses wanting to launch or grow their own brand.
Can your design team assist with artwork
Yes. Our in-house design team can prepare artwork, redraw existing designs and ensure all files are ready for print.
What are your operating hours
We are open from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 17:00 and on Friday from 8:00 to 16:00. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
